Beautiful Babies (aka - I should be studying.)

When I was a girl people used to call me a brown little Indian, and I think it was a compliment.  Zia would hate that, she wants pale skin.  Which is how it should be, but look at her, brown little Indian...

There won't be too many more sitting pictures of Linc.  He just wants to GO!

Events

So, a few things have happened in the past few weeks. Here's a list of the highlights:I finished residency, we moved, I started my practice, Andy had some minor surgery both the week before and after we moved (he's better now, not completely well, but better), my mother-in-law fell down our stairs in the middle of the night and had to have surgery for a fractured wrist along with other injuries, and there are probably other things that I'm forgetting.

The new house.

The new practice.

My grandmother.  She will be 88 in a week, lives alone, and can lift all 23 pounds of Lincoln by herself and carry him around.  Inspiration.

Lincoln tries out the cowboy lifestyle.

My happy family.

Baby Lincoln Update

Baby Lincoln is growing up so quickly!  He's 4 months this week.  He loves to sit up on his own, and can sit up unsupported (besides being propped up by his giant belly) for quite awhile, especially if there's TV or Zia to watch.

He cut his first two teeth on the bottom within two days this weekend!

So we decided he was up for some rice cereal.  He loved it, as you can see.  Now maybe he'll start sleeping through the night.  One would hope...  He has his shots next week, so I'll take bets now on how much he's going to weigh.
